This Privacy Policy applies to the Radiant Dashboard app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by A.D. KEYS MUSIC LTD (the “Application”). A.D. KEYS MUSIC LTD is the Service Provider.
Information obtained and how it is used
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing hanieletcher@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Technical protocol data used only to establish network connectivity is not retained for tracking purposes.
Information you voluntarily provide directly to the Service Provider outside the Application may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not collect or store personal information through normal use, there is generally no server-side account data to delete.
If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion by contacting hanieletcher@gmail.com. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests subject to any information that must be retained under applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
If information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person under the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any data it holds.
Data breach notification
If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, you will be notified where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify users of material changes by posting an updated policy with an effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.
